Amazingly smooth process and Transfer of Phones

The phone arrived quickly, and the changeover from my older Moto G was almost automatic. It transferred everything and reinstalled all of my programs. You just need to have both phones logged into the same router. I turned them off and moved the SIM card from one to the other. You just sign into Google at some point. The hardest part in the process is getting signed in to all of the websites you've used. I'm pretty happy about it. I wait a long time between phones. So this one is faster as well, which is nice. And the old one was full, and I went from 32 to 128 GB of RAM. So no worries, I'm a happy camper.

Inexpensive flexible plans

Inexpensive many flexible plans, no price hikes, no contracts, change plans easily, carry over data if you renew early. My only gripe is I prefer Verizon over T-Mobile. Because T-Mobiles coverage in rural areas I think is a little spotty compared to Verizon.

Spoke with a real person :)

I had to cancel mt CC b/c I feared it had been misused. In all that stress, I forgot that my Tello payment was due and promptly declined. So, I called Tello and explained that my new card was in the mail but hadn't arrived yet. The agent listened, understood and helped me, without charging a fee like some big carriers (e.g. ATT) do. That's what I call excellent customer service. A real person, who understands their customers' needs and helps. Kudos! I love my Tello!
