Been using Tello for about a year now

Been using Tello for about a year now. There's nothing to complain about on this service. It's robust (T-Mobile's network is great where I live), plenty fast, and it's flexible - I can give everyone in my house the data they require, for way less money than the competition; I tell everyone to use it. Tello is that name that when you walk through a store and "that guy" from the mobile counter wants to "save you some money on your mobile phone plan" clams up when you say "I have Tello", and they know they can't beat it.

The Customer Service at this company is the absolute best. I called at 1 AM, and the lady I spoke to was a delight. I never experience this level of service anywhere.
