I have had Tello for many years, and it has overall been great. I see very little reason to pay more for the same service. I have put all of my kids on Tello phone service as well. We are within a tight budget and Tello fits that very well.

Tello Customer Service Very Responsive & Helpful

I was initially disappointed with Tello international roaming data when I discovered it did not work when I arrived in Europe. However, Tello customer service sent me instructions of how to reset my APN, and now it works great. Thank you Tello for being so responsive to my problem and quickly helping me fix it.
