Dear Tello, the experience was five ⭐️..! The customer service representative , Carmen from Romania was outstanding and on a scale of 1 to 10 , she was a 12 , as it related to my customer service questions and I had several which she answered promptly and completely. So far I've had Tello service

So far I've had Tello service. I've had no issues. I've called customer service before just on small issues and they've always answered and taken care of my issue. It's a No frills service but you get what you pay for and I make and receive calls with No problems and use Data with no problem either. At the amount I save for a bigger provider, I save money and get good service.
