Great experience

Great experience , I live partly in South America and when I’m in the US I just up the unlimited and use the phone for work and everything , but when in south America. I turn it all down and it cost only $8 to keep the phone and still use it on all WiFi calling .

Tello service can't be beat

I spoke with two reps, Sebastian and Andy, and both were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I needed to move my eSim back to my old phone but could not through the self service. Sebastian generated a new eSim for me and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed before we disconnected the call. Unfortunately, I didn't follow the instructions (ROFL) and to make a long story short, I ended up deleting ALL the sims on my phone including the new request. I called back and spoke to Andy, and she regenerated the eSim again for me and cleaned up my mess. Now I have the eSim working on the correct phone. I have been with Tello for years now, and it's just solid phone service for a good price and 24/7 customer support that can't be beat. Worth every penny.

After 6 months with Tello…

I’ve been using Tello now for about 6 months and it’s been smooth sailing so far. Sometimes there seems to not be cellular data, when web pages and apps stalls, but could be the location gets a weak signal. Calling Cust Service is easy, quickly responded with support in a caring and professional way. Let’s not forget the great prices in the building of your own personal plan accordingly to individual needs.
