Overall happy with their pricing, absolutely no match. There are no concerns with signal quality. However, doesn't know how to change my language setting to english. I only get Spanish emails.

Great customer service from Julia!

We have had two Tello lines for the past few years, and the service has been great. Recently we were in Brazil had some trouble getting my wife's phone to recognize the American Tello number to make and receive US calls, so we called Tello customer service to see if they could help. We were very fortunate to have gotten Julia Infante on the line! She was very patient, knew exactly what to do to fix our complicated problem, and everything is good! She is a real professional, and was also very pleasant to talk to. Great job Julia!

Tello has always given us reliable service…

Tello has always given us reliable service. We are an elderly couple and don't use cell phones that much, so their lowest cost plan is just right. I very much appreciate that Tello has not bumped up the price like so many carriers do, in fact over the past years they have increased the gigs we get at the same low price. We hope to always have them! Thanks, Tello!
