So far I've had Tello service. I've had no issues. I've called customer service before just on small issues and they've always answered and taken care of my issue. It's a No frills service but you get what you pay for and I make and receive calls with No problems and use Data with no problem either. At the amount I save for a bigger provider, I save money and get good service.

Tello has always given us reliable service. We are an elderly couple and don't use cell phones that much, so their lowest cost plan is just right. I very much appreciate that Tello has not bumped up the price like so many carriers do, in fact over the past years they have increased the gigs we get at the same low price. We hope to always have them! Thanks, Tello!

Great phone service

This is a great phone service. Inexpensive and I have never had any issues. I even ported numbers twice with no problem.
