Go, go, go with Pay As You Go!

Everything was fine until I found out the hard way that I needed another $20 for Pay as u go, for my 2nd line, even tho I signed up as a family plan, and my wife’s phone refused to connect to International Roaming! It would have been nice to know ahead of time that I needed $40 of Pay-As-U-Go just to have roaming for 2 lines!!….The $5 minimum is a joke and does NOT exist! I did not know this and not happy right now and looking for other options! I did NOT need $20 for a 2nd line!!!

Trying to Do the Impossible

I was told that when I returned to the USA for the winter, I could reactivate my SIM card from last year. I tried for 2 hours to get that work without any success. I asked some helper online and they told me to do what I had been trying to do. Finally, I asked for a response from the Help Line. They told me that I cannot reactivate a SIM card that has be deactivated. They were very friendly and indicated they would send a new SIM card in the mail, which I should receive within 3 - 5 business days. I have not received it yet but this is day 4, so I anticipate it will be there tomorrow. Next time I will order an e-SIM card.

The price is the lowest anywhere

The price is the lowest anywhere. The service is great. I slow down walking past the cell phone salesmen in Sam's Club, hoping they will try to sell me another service. As soon as they find out I have Tello they end the conversation, knowing they have nothing comparable.
