I previously gave this company a1 star rating, however, I have since been in contact with an extremely polite and patient call centre representative named Andy Andy talked me through step by step instructions, which although very involved, eventually resolved all my issues. I use the company frequently for travelling to the US and have always found them to be extremely professional and their call centre staff are first class.

The TELLO customer support very helpful!

The TELLO customer support person stuck with me through multiple attempts to activate my new iPhone esim. Finally got things working. Do not confuse this actual TELLO support person with the JustAnswer website that you could accidentally end up at! They were more interested in selling me a subscription to JustAnswer than solving my issues.
