Good morning: I had the outstanding privilege of working with Sorin this morning on a few complicated issues including international travel with Tello and a black Friday promotion. I have been a customer with tello (and have other members of family from the very beginning of 2016, when TELLO started). I have stayed with Tello because of your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every single time I have a small issue, my service is promt, accurate and outstanding, and I wanted to let you know that Sorin (Michael) was no short of this exemplary service today! I can't believe everybody doesn't have tello . There's no contract ,the service is great customer service is awesome and no better deal out there . 25$ unlimited talk text and data . What do you have to loose you can keep your number and you can keep your phone so what are you waiting for ? I've never had any problems with signal no matter where I've been .
