I get great reception and customer support for a very low price. Recently, I told a young person what I pay, and she replied, "Oh, you must have a flip phone!" She was amazed that I have a smart phone with lots of memory for less than many folks pay for a flip phone. And I was able to upgrade recently to a better phone for a reasonable price. Tello has been an exceptional service provider. I had a very frustrating experience setting up a device today and when I called in, Liliana was patient and persistent with solving my problem. I almost gave up but she never did. Simply excellent customer service. I spoke with multiple companies to resolve this issue and none came close to passing the bar set by Liliana and Tello today.
