Love the flexibility

Love the flexibility. The app is easy to use. Due to my travel schedule, I need flexibility in my package (frequent changes due to extended travel abroad) and Tello gives me that flexibility. Would appreciate if (a) the lowest package was closer to zero (basically not used for a period of time when abroad), and (b) prorate at the time of changing plans (don’t lose previous $$ credit just because I change part way through the cycle).

The ease to change my plan online in a minute is incredible. I don't have to talk to an operator or wonder what all the fees may be. Its all there in black and white and easy as it gets. Why go with one of the big cell providers when the true hero on price and ease is Tello
