I’ve been using Tello for over a year now and it’s the most versatile and affordable phone plan I’ve ever had. I refer all my friends to Tello because of that too.

While traveling lost cell phone service

While traveling, my cellphone malfunctioned. I couldn’t make a call or text message and worst of sll my gps would not work. I called Apple, they reset my phone. It still didn’t work. I called up Tello. The Tello tech by the name of Belen patiently guided me for about an hour to get a new esim card on my phone.
