Tello is simply the most superb phone company I have ever used. Almost instant assistance that is kind and efficient, the Bolivian staff excelling on all levels. Alison helped me today, and was top-of-the-line as all of her colleagues have been. The value cannot be beat AND the implementation tech-wise is flawless. Tello is one of the best cell companies!

Tello has been, and remains one of the best cellphone companies out there. Hands down. I love that they're a no frills, straight-to-the-point and get stuff done without robbing-you-blind type of company. That alone speaks massive volumes for them, especially nowadays. I have quite a few of my family members and their families and friends now with Tello. If there were anything I'd ask them to offer would be the simple, big button phones for seniors. Other than that, keep don't what you're doing and thank you!
