great but expensive roaming

Everything has been great, especially with the eSIM which I could do over the web last year before travelling to the US. Working "over wifi" on my iPhone, even SMS text, is great when I'm not in the US. Payment (card, apple pay...) works fine. The only pain points: * the app UI is a little confusing sometimes (but not terrible) * Roaming in Europe is a bit on the expensive side. It only works in "Pay as you go" mode and 1 cent per MB is too 5 years ago.

The lady who helped me set up a third telephone line was very patient with me and very kind . Even though I was having some difficulty, she remained patient and walked me through getting the third line. She is very good in explaining what to do. Thanks Sam D

Great cell service and reliability for our area. Great value for our use. And easy use for non contract if using automatic bank payments. Can schedule pay out like any other bill. Easily uses common phone brands (Google Pixel).
