Excellent Customer Service

From my first day with Tello, my communication with Customer Service has been excellent. Can't say enough good things about this cell phone company.

Affordable Pricing

The prices of plans are amazingly affordable and the overview given on the app/site are very helpful. The website layout is easy enough to navigate where as the app seems to have less features/control but can still be pretty convenient (although adding more high speed within the app would be pretty nice). Only thing I have an issue with is not having the option to renew your subscription ahead of time. It's not much of an issue as I don't normally use a lot of my high speed in my unlimited plan, but I would like to have to option to renew before the expected date as it would be very useful for vacations or road trips when you run out of high speed and have no access to a public WiFi network. I do enjoy having unlimited but sometimes the slower speed makes it impossible, or at least more difficult, to use even the Tello website when trying to simply add more high speed data.

Rossi provided excellent customer service ... identified the problem and walked me through the solution ... one of the reasons I tried Tello is that it was recommended by several friends who specifically mentioned "excellent customer service " ... they were right, and I appreciate it.
