Costumer service is awesome always very helpful and one of the best options in Tello is that we can choose what plans we need and what comfortable for us with all different price. I am very happy with Tello and I recommend to all people who can’t pay $200 or $300 dollars every month . Tello is best option for them and whom want to save money good for them also. Disappointed in billing cycle

Last year, we discovered that we were billed more than once a month. When I contacted customer support, they told me they bill every 30 days, not once a month. This resulted in one more payment; not 12 but 13 for the year. This has not happened before.
