I'm happy with the phones and the deal I got from the company. I wanted good smartphones that did the basics, and the site recommended just what I needed. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I wanted. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.

Just added a second line for my elderly dad and it couldn't have been easier! Buying and activating an eSIM, porting over his old number and then deleting the old profile... all very intuitive and simple to do for his existing iPhone, with just a little guidance from the Tello help line folks. They are available 24/7 and there was a real human to speak to at every step if I needed, with very little waiting.
