Tello support and service

This company is one of the few of its kind. They respond to emails in about 30 minutes no matter what time it is and they understand when mistakes are made so they compensate, they don't try to steal people's money. Their services are also very satisfactory at a low cost and have a lot of benefits. In Greece the cost for such benefits is three times higher. I would highly recommend Tello, with its greatest advantage as I said, immediate service. * This is the second time in my life giving a 5-star review for a company

Spoke with a real person :)

I had to cancel mt CC b/c I feared it had been misused. In all that stress, I forgot that my Tello payment was due and promptly declined. So, I called Tello and explained that my new card was in the mail but hadn't arrived yet. The agent listened, understood and helped me, without charging a fee like some big carriers (e.g. ATT) do. That's what I call excellent customer service. A real person, who understands their customers' needs and helps. Kudos! I love my Tello!
