My hold time was short. I spoke with a real person. She was super polite and very knowledgeable. She listened to my issue and resolved it with guiding me through making some changes on my phone's settings. What an excellent support person.

Tello is an ideal cell phone company. They pay attention to the consumer and offer plans that are relevant. I am a moderate data user--they have something for me. Price is competitive and they are transparent in their communications. Since they piggyback on T-Mobile, sometimes data access is not available. It hasn't occurred enough to be an issue.

I have used many other carriers. This is the best service for me. I do a lot of remote work in rural areas. The T-Mobile networks. I have them as my main carrier. I use the Tello service for my laptop. I have used it in many remote areas an I have always had good service. I have always gotten good support via email. I have seen up to 800gb bandwidth. I normally get 80 to 250gb all the time. I am a computer user who has to use powerful computers that require 86X programs. Not an ARM Snapdragon processor. I love the upgrade to buy more data when needed since my requirements vary.
