This company is one of the few of its kind. They respond to emails in about 30 minutes no matter what time it is and they understand when mistakes are made so they compensate, they don't try to steal people's money. Their services are also very satisfactory at a low cost and have a lot of benefits. In Greece the cost for such benefits is three times higher. Good Features for Expats, Confusing Setup

I love the price and features. Online setup and international roaming are pluses, especially for overseas expats. The setup is a little confusing, and seemed to require using a VPN to activate the esim. I had to resort to Reddit to finish setting up the service on our phones. Because of this, I hesitate to recommend this service to my non-techy, older friends.
