I love Tello

I love Tello. I have had this plan for years, and the service has been consistent, excellent, and I pay with an auto payment, which they notify every month that the contract is renewing on that date, then again when the transaction was complete. Never had any complaints. Would. and have recommended to others.

Tello Excellent All Around

Tello provides a good, reliable service and products at a good price. They communicate clearly, and their customer service is excellent. They also don’t bother me with unnecessary emails, but their information is useful. I am TOTALLY happy with Tello and I recommend them to others. Not many companies for any product or service I am that pleased about.

Great service – simple, flexible, and user-friendly I really appreciate Tello for the simplicity of their plans and the ability to customize everything based on my needs. It’s the closest I’ve found to the prepaid offers I’m used to in Europe, which I really missed during my stay in the U.S. The coverage is very good by U.S. standards. I also had an issue with roaming while in Europe, and Tello’s support team helped me patiently until the problem was fully resolved. What I especially liked is that I was able to handle everything via email, which I personally prefer. I also value the option to suspend the number temporarily without losing it, and the fact that there are no cancellation periods — you can stop the service anytime. I’ve already recommended Tello to several friends, and they’ve been just as satisfied as I am.
