I just have a basic flip-phone

I just have a basic flip-phone, so I don't need all the "bells and whistles" of a smartphone. Tello gives me excellent service and the price is very affordable.

I could not be happier with everything…

I could not be happier with everything I have experienced (so far) with Tello. Before I was a customer, the human-to-human on the telephone service was and remained nothing but outstanding during various calls as I was learning about becoming a new customer. The website and online communication were also very good. I was especially amazed when I had to delay my switching plans and Tello giving me a refund with no argument or issue after I had signed up, but got new information to hold me from completing the switchover for a couple of months. I look very forward to returning and will be singing Tello's praises to all who will listen. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!
