I started with two lines and now I am waiting to transfer all of my 8 lines. Their customer service is beyond expectations. I ran into a little hicup because it was my fault porting the number but within two hours it was up and running and I said bye bye to my previous carrier. 10 stars 🌟

Great customer service in Español

Although I couldn’t use it at all, I am aware of the potential Tello can offer. I am based in France and I couldn’t activitate the e-SIM card, it was thanks to Alex of the customer service in Español that I was able to learn this, luckly I speak Spanish because the customer service in English is horrible, somebody answered and I started to describe my situation and I was cut off inmediately, I used the service on line but it is very limited. Alex is an asset for your organisation.

Great on Service and Price!!

I've had Tello for over two years when I changed over from Verizon. Tello has provided a great service with such a low monthly fees!! I had a few of my friends to change over to Tello as well. I've traveled overseas with Tello and no issues with using Tello. Recommend Tello to everyone!
