It was a pleasure to speak with Darrel, who listened to my problem and helped me reactivate my Sim and port my number. He was so calm and humble that I don't see that quality very often. He spent 25 to 30 minutes on the phone with me without showing any frustration or unease. I wish I could thank him in person. Once they get the information about your request, they escalate it to the right person, all very professional. They give an honest time frame when the issue will be resolved and it always is. The staff, all of them, are very polite and helpful. This kind of service is wonderful and all but unheard of in our times.
