Tello support is outstanding! I forgot to cancel my subscription and Veronica Mercado handled my issue quickly and refunded me without any hassle. She even canceled my subscription proactively so I wouldn’t be charged again. Rare to see such honest, customer-first service these days. Thank you, Veronica & Tello!

I was dumped by google fi while overseas and their usual outsourced horrendous CSR's are just a pack of lies, despise the company. Found Tello and had super low expectations, thought usual crap. I was 100 per cent wrong. Service staff and support has been 10 stars out of 5. I have ADHD and most csr calls are a nightmare of frustration, Tello the absolute opposite. Fantastic staff and each as helpful as the next. Very impressive, live people with a no problem can do attitude, have my US number and very grateful.

Quick response from support to questions by email and east to reach on the phone to speak to a live person. Signal strength as reliable across the US as the big dogs without having to pay a fortune EVERY month. I've been a Tello customer for over a year after continuing nightmare experiences with Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. If you have a cell phone you NEED to look into Tello.
