I get great reception and customer support for a very low price. Recently, I told a young person what I pay, and she replied, "Oh, you must have a flip phone!" I've been with Tello for about a year. The pricing is excellent, and you can quickly reach Customer Service if needed. Set up was quick and easy. I had an ongoing problem with photos and websites not loading while on data. It did take several attempts to solve but yesterday I talked to the right person and she solved it in 10 seconds. Now the service works perfectly again and I'm sticking with Tello. No nonsense, no headaches. Highly recommend.
