I am a U.S. expat now living in the Philippines. I was a previous SKYPE user. Since SKYPE has gone away, I was desperate to find another service which was compatible with 2FA texts so that I could continue to receive codes from my bank, social security, and other important agencies that use 2 Factor Authentication for security and identification purposes. I also wanted to keep my same U.S. phone number that I had been using with SKYPE for all those years so that I wouldn't have to notify everyone of a new phone number. Tello helped me "port in" my SKYPE phone number which has now become my Tello number. Tello helped me make the change over very easy and quick. Please keep in mind that your number may not work with every 2FA code, but for the ones that I need them to work with, Tello is great. Tello also offers features that SKYPE did not. I'm very satisfied.

I rarely need to contact tech support…

I rarely need to contact tech support at TELLO, but when I do it always amazes me that no matter where they are in the world they always speak English without any accent. And they also solve the problem.

I needed to speak to a human to resolve a password problem. Unlike most such experiences, I reached someone with knowledge and a clear voice at once, who was both patient and helpful.
