The person that helped me was very patient I am a great grampa not use to all this new tech that is happening. He said he will guide me thru everything to get me up and running and he did. 2 things that are briliant. 1. Their wifi calling has never let me down and having to travel quite a bit, that comes in handy 2. I recently ported in a number and it took hardly 2 minutes! So smooth and seamless. Wish these guys all the best. Hope they keep it up
