I had an ongoing problem with photos and websites not loading while on data. It did take several attempts to solve but yesterday I talked to the right person and she solved it in 10 seconds. Now the service works perfectly again and I'm sticking with Tello. No nonsense, no headaches. Highly recommend.

When I needed customer service they were right there when I called and handled my question. when we went out of town, I needed to use the phone as a wifi service for my computer and it worked without flaw.
