Good esim

I used this E-SIM card for a trip to the United States (New York and various places in Florida). The price is very cheap and the connection was perfect. The real problem is the support. I wanted to keep my phone number once I returned to Italy (since I had connected it to some apps), but after having to reset my phone for various reasons, I couldn't install the eSIM because it asked for a security code that I didn't have. I could reset it, but to do so, I needed to receive a text message on the same SIM. Support couldn't help me, so I had to cancel my subscription.

Wifi calling is excellent

2 things that are briliant. 1. Their wifi calling has never let me down and having to travel quite a bit, that comes in handy 2. I recently ported in a number and it took hardly 2 minutes! So smooth and seamless. Wish these guys all the best. Hope they keep it up

I was dumped by google fi while…

I was dumped by google fi while overseas and their usual outsourced horrendous CSR's are just a pack of lies, despise the company. Found Tello and had super low expectations, thought usual crap. I was 100 per cent wrong. Service staff and support has been 10 stars out of 5. I have ADHD and most csr calls are a nightmare of frustration, Tello the absolute opposite. Fantastic staff and each as helpful as the next. Very impressive, live people with a no problem can do attitude, have my US number and very grateful.
