I had to cancel mt CC b/c I feared it had been misused. In all that stress, I forgot that my Tello payment was due and promptly declined. So, I called Tello and explained that my new card was in the mail but hadn't arrived yet. The agent listened, understood and helped me, without charging a fee like some big carriers (e.g. ATT) do. That's what I call excellent customer service. A real person, who understands their customers' needs and helps. Kudos! I love my Tello!

I love Tello

Tello is definitely the best carrier that I've ever had. I have no plans on changing. Their support is incredibly good. The only couple of times I actually needed it, but almost everything is explained on the website. It's so easy to get your phone hooked up with Tello and the rates are less than half of what anybody else charges for the same thing.

Great for kids plans

Tello has been great! I love that there are cheap ($5) plans for my kids. We have never had any trouble with getting service, and I like that I can customize our plan easily for our needs.
