Tello support is outstanding! I forgot to cancel my subscription and Veronica Mercado handled my issue quickly and refunded me without any hassle. Tello is definitely the best carrier that I've ever had. I have no plans on changing. Their support is incredibly good. The only couple of times I actually needed it, but almost everything is explained on the website. It's so easy to get your phone hooked up with Tello and the rates are less than half of what anybody else charges for the same thing.
