Tello representative was knowledgeable, understanding, extremely patient and encouraging in helping me to renew my payment. I thanked him for helping me with my difficulties and I am pleased with this opportunity to say what a fine quality service provider he is.

Very good product, with flexible plan options and great quality. I especially appreciate the calling app, which solves the issue of poor call quality caused by weak carrier signal. Calls made through the Tello app are very clear. Also, Tello’s choice of a blue-themed design is very pleasant to look at. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because Tello tends to suspend accounts too easily, often without sufficient reason, and once an account is suspended, there is no way to appeal or recover it. This is the only downside so far.

Most friendly over the phone customer service I have seen at all. Best provider for travellers to USA. Despite they don't promise refunds, they often do refund for unused phone service at later day. I've got refunds three times over the years... Compartable service with international phones. Signal may be weak in some rear areas but, considering super low price, their service worth of every penny.
