I've always had good experiences with Tello customer service representatives. Some better than others, of course. But, today it was Julia who was simply fantastic! I had trouble porting back over to Tello. Another rep said my phone was locked (it wasn't). Julia handled this worn-out customer with deft patience, attention, clear direction, and tenacity! She is A++. Do show her that you recognize her for these valued attributes when her next review is due, and reward her with a generous wage increase sooner rather than later. Thank you. Patient and thorough explanations. Nice customer service rep. No long waits in the que and no constantly being put on hold repeatedly and left their for long periods. Tells me the reps are well trained and not having to constantly ask questions of someone senior on common issues.

Zero connectivity issues, excellent customer service and very responsive, price is by far the cheapest. I love the mobile app very easy interface efficient and stable. I recommend Tello every day. I have been a loyal user with 2 lines for more than 4 years. The unlimited plan started at 20GB, then increased to 35GB and today I got an absolute happy surprise that they increased it to 50GB that's by far more than double than any best offer you can get at this price and I did not even had to ask or complain. Go Tello, you are the best in your rank and I thank you everyday for making my life a little bit better and less stressful compared to other mobile services. Again, strongly recommended.
