I had to cancel mt CC b/c I feared it had been misused. In all that stress, I forgot that my Tello payment was due and promptly declined. So, I called Tello and explained that my new card was in the mail but hadn't arrived yet. The agent listened, understood and helped me, without charging a fee like some big carriers (e.g. ATT) do. That's what I call excellent customer service. A real person, who understands their customers' needs and helps. Kudos! I love my Tello!

3 Phones, 2 years, NO complaints

I've had Tello service for over 2 years now with zero complaints. I recently ported my land line phone to Tello as well using the cell2jack blue tooth adapter. (I now have 3 phones using Tello). The process was very simple, no issues. This is a straight forward service at a great price with no hidden surprises.
