Phone calls and texting while traveling abroad are excellent and affordably priced—definitely 5 stars. However, data usage, especially with apps like Google Maps for navigation, can become EXTREMELY costly very quickly—only 1 star for that aspect.

Tello Is Awesome +++!!! I primarily use Tello now. I first used Tello as a holder for my previous number, in case I needed to recover a password or something to a forgotten account (for only 5$!) now I use Tello Primarily for my main line too. Holy mackerel!!! One of the best customer service/support I have ever experienced. Shaun F and the prior representatives were extremely helpful and patient, with an old guy like myself who has a lot of anxiety when it comes to "technology". I couldn't ask for more professionalism and care. Customer service was available 24/7 and again, each time was awesome. I cant say enough about Tello, I highly recommend their service.
