Spoke to a representative named Michael. He helped guide me through the process of resolving my issue, and his customer service skills were PHENOMENAL. He helped guide me through a tough tech issue, and he showed a great deal of patience and genuinely wanted to help. I was very impressed considering that most reps with other companies just want to get you off the phone as soon as possible. Michael's the best customer service rep I've ever interacted with. (And for the record, I've spoken with 2 other Tello reps, and they were great as well, so props to Tello!)

Excellent service and network

The network works very well, and the customer service is really excellent. Not much waiting time and the people are very helpful and friendly.

Tello just cannot be matched....

Tello just cannot be matched for quality of varied products plus international calls... l say again from previous reviews ...`Its your loss not to ,at least, give these guys a try`.....
