I love Tello. It solved my communication problems at a great price. The packages give great flexibility and using Wi-Fi calling is a great option. Porting over my number was effortless once previous provider allowed me to unlock it. The eSim option worked well. Exceeds my expectations. Keeps me connected to friends, family, and all my accounts from all parts of the globe without the limitations of using voip.

I had a hard time getting the esim set up on my new phone. Phone problem or sim problem... impossible to know. I had to call customer service for help. The man who helped me (sorry, don't remember his name!) was very nice and helpful.

Great, cheap phone option

It is very easy to activate a new plan and the service is great. Love the options given for how many minutes and data you want and can change easily if needs to. T-Mobile network is used for Tello and it works great for me. Price is amazing, have not found cheaper if you don't need unlimited everything.
