My sister is not tech-savvy and threw away her SIM activation code when she received her new Tello number. I thought I would need to buy another SIM card, since I couldn’t activate that one. I was reluctant to contact the support team by email because I needed to solve the issue as soon as possible, but I gave it a try anyway. To my surprise, I got a super fast response with detailed, step-by-step instructions from the support team, which helped me solve the problem and saved me from buying another SIM card/plan. This is the second time I've ever needed support from Tello, and I can honestly say they’re excellent in that area. Daniella, Olivia, Estella — thank you for your kind responses and proactiveness. The BEST customer support anywhere

I was in SE Asia and could not connect to the local carrier for data. I was in a complete jam. The Tello Team helped me via phone and email and never gave up until they got my phone and Android OS to work on the local carrier network. NO cellphone company would ever work that hard for a customer in a jam. Tello support is the BEST.
