I accidentally started a new account…

I accidentally started a new account (after my BofA debit card changed) Then my Tello phone went down. The young woman that just helped me was super sharp and knew exactly how to fix it -- and was wonderful walking me through it. Thank you so much! Live representative are there to help with tec issues or questions about your plan. No one trys to sell me stuff I don't need. A reasonable price for my phone plan and good service. In fact better service then my premium plan from t mobile was.
