I always find it funny when people I know with expensive cell phone service don’t get any better service than me, but insist on paying more for the name. I have had Tello for more than 3 years, and can’t be happier with the service and the price!! I’ve never had any major problems and feel they are as good as any of the big phone companies and would recommend Tello to anyone!!

Easy to order and customer service was helpful

It was easy to make the order. I wasn’t sure the best way to proceed as I’m helping someone who lost their phone so I called customer service. I was expecting a long hold but someone answered quickly and he was very helpful in advising me what to do and where in the website I could find what I needed.

Rep was very helpful in getting my account back on track after I had lost my phone. Got a new sim ordered. Good security in verifying information to be sure I was the account holder. Excellent customer service
