I am not technical at all and this whole process was causing me a lot of anxiety. The two people that I spoke to in support could not have been more patient or helpful! They held my hand thru the whole process. Very much appreciated. Thank you!!

The service works well but I think the data limits are really low. With 5g even using a little bit of internet uses a lot of data. At least unlimited should actually be unlimited like it is on visible. I am considering moving there if I get a compatible phone

Easy & Flexible

Very competitive plans -- and very flexible. If I'm about to travel I might go for 'unlimited' one month and if I'll be at home (and mostly on WiFi) I can opt for a cheaper plan with less data. You can save a little on voice minutes too by dialing it down to 300 minutes if not a big talker. Sometimes the T-Mobile coverage in my area isn't as good as AT&T, but I can't fault Tello for that.
