Helpful customer service

I called Tello customer service for advice on how to manage a feature of my plan. The call agent was courteous, patient, kind, and very helpful. She also informed me that Tello customer service is available 24/7, 365 days a year. What's more, I didn't have to wait long in a calling queue to get my call answered. Low cost and great customer service make Tello a great company, on top of their actual great product-- which is excellent call clarity and terrific signal coverage which equals that of their much pricier competitors (whose customer service is lacking).

Switching over was EZ. Cost is great. For ME the only negative trying to include my wife's phone at the same time. It does not seem as easy as it should be. She only uses for calls from me(LOL) @$8.00/mt is 1/3 of other phone comp plans.
