Very glad I took a chance!

I, like a lot of people, was getting tired of paying exorbitant costs for phone service with stuff I don't want or need. A quick chat with ChatGPT informed me of several options, but Tello stood out for having a normal monthly plan on the network I wanted with fair prices. So, I figured what the heck. I made a line to try it out. That went well, so I ended up porting my numbers from T-Mobile. It was extremely fast. Everything seems to be automated, including retrieving an eSIM. I appreciate that immensely, since I test different phones from time to time. Another plus is that it supports 2FA with time-based OTP apps. This means no texts for a possible SIM hijacker to use to get your code. The site is very snappy, and I like the simple dropdown list to switch what line is being viewed. I've only briefly used the app, but it's not bad either. A couple things I hope will be added is the ability to add a smart watch with true number sharing, as well as the ability to use the Tello app directly to install the eSIM. If I could take full advantage of my smart watch's calling with my existing number, I would have no choice but to give a 5 star rating! Other than that, I'm loving Tello and will definitely recommend it to anyone I can. Someone already asked if I was a salesman for it because of how excited I was when I told them about it! Keep up the good work! Hopefully there will be promos for existing customers to take advantage of in the future!

Have been using Tello for 2 years. It's the best cell plan provider I ever heard of. Lowest price with great international support, no contract, simple bill, no shit fee, switch device as will, everything is free! The plan is simple and clear with great quality. I love it so much. It's simply PERFECT!

Short waiting time to get connected and the customer service representative was very polite and extremely helpful. She understood my request quickly and after only a couple minutes had satisfied my need.
