While I was adding a line and porting our number, I needed to call with a question. I also called yesterday before I ordered the Sim card, and both ladies were very helpful. Since our voipo was closing in a few days, I needed to transfer the number quickly, and the first lady told me I could order it from Amazon. Julia went far beyond and above all of my hopes and expectations. - My old VOIP service provider (VOIPO) emailed all their clients on the 1st to advise everyone that they are closing their doors on August 6th! (creating a 4 day Emergency!) - I took time to determine that I should sign up with Tello.com instead of the sketchy VOIP service my old provider recommended. - Julie helped me optimize Tello settings and is currently trying diligently to port my 20+year old phone number to work on Tello. (Fingers Crossed!)

Affordable Pricing

The prices of plans are amazingly affordable and the overview given on the app/site are very helpful. The website layout is easy enough to navigate where as the app seems to have less features/control but can still be pretty convenient (although adding more high speed within the app would be pretty nice). Only thing I have an issue with is not having the option to renew your subscription ahead of time. It's not much of an issue as I don't normally use a lot of my high speed in my unlimited plan, but I would like to have to option to renew before the expected date as it would be very useful for vacations or road trips when you run out of high speed and have no access to a public WiFi network. I do enjoy having unlimited but sometimes the slower speed makes it impossible, or at least more difficult, to use even the Tello website when trying to simply add more high speed data.
