Had phone service for all 3 of my teenage boys with Tello for over a year now and they love it! They get great service everywhere they go and for $25 a month each for unlimited everything, you can’t complain about that! My boyfriend is the one who told me about Tello because he also uses it and he loves it too! Would highly recommend!

Patient and thorough explanations. Nice customer service rep. No long waits in the que and no constantly being put on hold repeatedly and left their for long periods. Tells me the reps are well trained and not having to constantly ask questions of someone senior on common issues.
