My experience with the customer service agent who assisted me was excellent. The lady I spoke with was very experienced and knowledgeable. She provided effective solutions to my concerns and answered every question clearly and thoroughly. I would gladly recommend her for a promotion or a higher position, she truly did a great job.

Cheap way to keep old phone numbers

I was looking for a cheap way to save two phone numbers that had at one time been land lines. The cost of the Tello plans made activating the numbers on old cell phones very appealing.
