We do appreciate our Tello service!

We do appreciate our Tello service! We were a mainstream cell provider customer for a very long time. We tried Tello on an old phone, the coverage was good, and we switched over! We now have 4 phones/lines for less than we paid for two with our former contract provider, and the coverage is just as good. Give it a go and you’ll love it too!

I always find it funny when people I know with expensive cell phone service don’t get any better service than me, but insist on paying more for the name. I have had Tello for more than 3 years, and can’t be happier with the service and the price!! I’ve never had any major problems and feel they are as good as any of the big phone companies and would recommend Tello to anyone!!

Great, but has an issue when transissioning.

We use Tello at our home, and we are very happy with it. The only issue we have is that when we leave home in the middle of a call, the call gets dropped. I tried this on both when I am having a regular call or a video call using an app. I do have a data plan with my Tello, so I would think the transition between wifi to cellular data should be seamless, but obviously it is not.
