I have had this plan for years, and the service has been consistent, excellent, and I pay with an auto payment, which they notify every month that the contract is renewing on that date, then again when the transaction was complete. Never had any complaints. Would. and have recommended to others.

I was in SE Asia and could not connect to the local carrier for data. I was in a complete jam. The Tello Team helped me via phone and email and never gave up until they got my phone and Android OS to work on the local carrier network. NO cellphone company would ever work that hard for a customer in a jam. Tello support is the BEST.
