While I was adding a line and porting our number, I needed to call with a question. I also called yesterday before I ordered the Sim card, and both ladies were very helpful. Since our voipo was closing in a few days, I needed to transfer the number quickly, and the first lady told me I could order it from Amazon. Tello makes it clear how much you are going to pay and tells you before charging your card again. The service is also easy to cancel and easy to set up. I was even able to switch to a new device without having to buy another esim

All Great!!! The service is fabulous, Your team is great! The costs are excellent - only thing is they're creeping up a few pennies every few months, but I don't think that's Tello's fault! Overall, wonderful work!!!
