Nothing is easy anymore

Nothing is easy anymore, or so it seems. Expect in the Tello world. Today, the most capable Laura guided me through the purchase of a replacement phone, step by step, pausing for questions and backtracking when needed. Laura demonstrated strong interpersonal skills as they guided me through the process from start to finish. She has an 'even' quality in her mannerisms that is impressive. It's never a good day finding your phone's battery has started 'growing'. Laura helped by providing the guidance needed to make the process simple. All Tello Support Technicians are highly skilled. That speaks to Tello's dedication to providing clients a superior level of customer service. Will add this one ancillary observation. The mind of the software engineers as they build on the work of predecessors, often from now non-existent entities, as they design pathways to follow (or stumble over) makes me question whether a 'digital archaeology' course is part of the software engineers' degree.
