Great customer support! I was charged in accordance with my plan which i failed to cancel. I sent a request to reimburse me the charged amount because i was outside of the US and could not use the service. No extra questions were asked, the charge was reimbursed within an hour from my request. This is a clear sign of customer care and high level of ethics and efficiency. They could leave the charge and cancel it form the next month because i failed to cancel my plan, but they reimbursed me. This is how businesses should be. Great company!

Transferring landline number quickly…

While I was adding a line and porting our number, I needed to call with a question. I also called yesterday before I ordered the Sim card, and both ladies were very helpful. Since our voipo was closing in a few days, I needed to transfer the number quickly, and the first lady told me I could order it from Amazon. Everything is complete now with the porting, and I appreciate the help. It's good that you are accessible. Thank you! Phyllis Shelley

I love Tello

I love Tello! Before Tello, I was a bit hesitant to try another carrier. It was a great decision as I have not experienced any outages or dropped calls using them. I do wish though that they would partner with other country's carriers as I still have to purchase a SIM card when travelling to Canada. If you could do that, I would be forever grateful.
