But they gave me the info to resolve the problem, a message at a time, and things worked out fine.

I always find it funny when people I know with expensive cell phone service don’t get any better service than me, but insist on paying more for the name. I have had Tello for more than 3 years, and can’t be happier with the service and the price!! I’ve never had any major problems and feel they are as good as any of the big phone companies and would recommend Tello to anyone!!
