My sister is not tech-savvy and threw away her SIM activation code when she received her new Tello number. I thought I would need to buy another SIM card, since I couldn’t activate that one. I was reluctant to contact the support team by email because I needed to solve the issue as soon as possible, but I gave it a try anyway. To my surprise, I got a super fast response with detailed, step-by-step instructions from the support team, which helped me solve the problem and saved me from buying another SIM card/plan. This is the second time I've ever needed support from Tello, and I can honestly say they’re excellent in that area. Daniella, Olivia, Estella — thank you for your kind responses and proactiveness. Affordable with network issues

The most affordable plans ever with free international calling and roaming capabilities with pay-as-you-go balance - what more anyone can ask for! My only complaint is poor coverage, sometimes right outside my apartment and in some stores I get almost no signal and using GPS while driving often becomes problematic.

Tello is the best service provider!

Tello is the best phone service provider I've ever used. They have the most affordable plans and the service just always works. Customer service is excellent, I am thankful that such a great company exists. I would easily rate them 5 out of 5 and highly recommend them any day. Thank you Tello!
