Costumer service is awesome always very helpful and one of the best options in Tello is that we can choose what plans we need and what comfortable for us with all different price. I am very happy with Tello and I recommend to all people who can’t pay $200 or $300 dollars every month . Tello is best option for them and whom want to save money good for them also. I had numerous questions to ask the representative about international roaming to Canada and wireless calling when outside of the USA. The rep, was 110% helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and patient. She also showed me how to change the settings on my Iphone to accomplish these goals. I could not have been more satisfied. I like being a Tello customer.
