She explained everything very clearly and patiently, and was very knowledgeable about even the very detailed, specific questions that came to mind. I had to cancel mt CC b/c I feared it had been misused. In all that stress, I forgot that my Tello payment was due and promptly declined. So, I called Tello and explained that my new card was in the mail but hadn't arrived yet. The agent listened, understood and helped me, without charging a fee like some big carriers (e.g. ATT) do. That's what I call excellent customer service. A real person, who understands their customers' needs and helps. Kudos! I love my Tello!
